Recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
Shortlist candidates and submit to Line Managers.
Assist in scheduling interviews and confirmations pre-employment checks and submit results.
Assist with reference checks and produce dummy payslips training reminders and set up sessions.
Manage staff induction training materials.
Ensure
Oversee online skills training sessions.
Assist with training content consolidation.
Personnel / IR Administration:
Assist in note-taking at hearings.
Manage CCMA correspondence and attend
behalf of employees and/or line managers, and coaches employees/line managers on people policies and processes timely administration of HR-related tasks
Assists in specific requests and liaises with relevant authorities when required
Assist with compiling contracts
Assist in the recruitment process by contact with employees on HR related issues

of National Diploma/B Degree in Human Resource Management or Equivalent.
Additional training/certification in payroll management would be an advantage.
