• Outbound calls - Sales of services and products
• Administration
responding and following up on all rescheduled calls and pending information.
• Liaising with the
additional support to the contact centre operations in terms of taking calls, handling internal/external client
- Cold calling SA clients
• Minimum 6 months insurance telesales experience (cold calling) - Ideally
with regards to hours of work.
• Perform on-call duties if required
