Description Main purpose of the job: To manage the community services and linkage team of the School-Based coordination of community services and linkages Identify the needs of the community services and linkages linkages team and get the required resources Develop TA approaches for implementation plans Ensure alignment implementation of community service and linkages including challenges and develop other documents as monitoring collaborations with implementation partners Develop/review work plan and other strategic project documents
