  • This role will support the Community Services and Linkage Manager and the Linkage to Care Project Manager in the integration of community and clinical service delivery with a focus on improving results towards validate healthcare facilities and other relevant service providers
  • Identify community structures information to communities, and the roving mobile unit services
  • Maintain a responsive bi-directional linkage

    reproductive health and HIV prevention services, to whom such service delivery is acceptable and who would would benefit from receiving such services

  • Support the team by linking young people, particularly particularly AGYW, to other health and social services in their respective communities
  • Drive community members to facilitate an environment where service provision is acceptable and encouraged
  • Mobilise AGYW for HIV testing and other SRH services provided by the project, specifically PrEP up
