• Ensure that the reasons the report/model exists (i.e. the business objectives it serves) following is documented:
  • Users of the report/model.
  • Frequency with which it is produced.
  • Frequency data element and measure reflected in the report/model, in business terms.
  • Identify the ODWH / which each data element reflected in the report/model is obtained.
  • Identify the source database
