Minimum Requirements of the Role:
A Degree in Labour Law/ LLB and 3 years extensive experience in Industrial Relations
Must have sufficient knowledge of grievance processes, S189 and S189A processes.
Excellent representation skills in disciplinary hearings, conciliations and ar
