Provide a holistic human resource service to line management by taking responsibility for managing
employment process, including orientation and training new staff in addition to succession planning,
legislation, holding quarterly employment equity and training committee meetings and timeous submission of annual
staff with queries and concerns;
Conduct training and development needs analyses and contribute
contribute to the development / initiation of training programmes aimed at up-skilling the workforce and evaluate
dummy payslips.
Training & Development:
Send training reminders and set up sessions
Manage staff induction training materials.
Ensure accurate training attendance records.
Coordinate
Coordinate training room setup and preparation.
Oversee online skills training sessions.
Assist
Assist with training content consolidation.
Personnel Administration:
Serve as
employment process, including orientation, and training new staff members and assisting with payroll management all staff files up to date, managing , maintain service providers terms & conditions.
CCMA:
Additional training/certification in payroll management would be an advantage.
• Training in and experience
(WSPs) and Annual Training Reports (ATRs).
• Ensure accurate record keeping of training activities for
effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Performance Management, Learning and Development (training), Industrial Relations and Talent Management
in a similar role in the Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry or Logistics & Warehousing
