based in Camps Bay on the beachfront seeks a Night Manager to join their Front Office Team.

The position check in guests and manage any requests they might have. Ensure excellent services is rendered and that in process, assign rooms, issuing room keys and managing requests

  • Verify and prepare for next day payment methods
  • Ensure a high level of guest services and relations to ensure they have a positive experience
  • Upselling of other products and service partners

    TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:Manager

  • Treating all guests and staff with the through practice and study.
  • Ensure 5 star service excellence is upheld at all times
  • MINIMUM or Hair obtained from a recognized, accredited training provider

  • Hospitality / Business or Spa spa/salon environment
  • Knowledge of Spa services & terminology
