Main purpose of this Position: The Sales Administrator acts as the first point of contact with the customer Update Sales Order Follow Up sheet to ensure timeous and ongoing follow-up on all open Sales Orders until invoices for applicable services and/or customers Sales Enquiries Respond to email and telephonic enquiries customers. Admin and Reporting Ensure that the Sales Orders are complete and up to date on Acumatica Other/General Maximize sales by continually up selling and promoting promotions on all sales calls and emails
