Ø Assisting sales Engineers thereof. Essential COMPETENCIES & SKILLS REQUIRED: Ø Acting as the first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls. Ø Organizing of meetings, functions and conferences Ø Booking of travel, car rental accommodation and Visas if necessary (Essential) Ø Typing compiling and preparation of reports, presentations
