Attend to broker/client queries Articulate company products and services to brokers/clients Liaise with broker broker consultants Provide support and assistance to other internal teams Keep brokers up to date with with customers to build their understanding of products Create reports/data extracts as per broker's request practices A record of confidence dealing/explaining products to clients/brokers Sound computer skills - Microsoft courteous, polite, professional and willing to assist Takes ownership and responsibility Ability to work
