The primary purpose positive book growth and manage the personal lines underwriting team to ensure high service levels and excellent basis in respect of service levels, quality of underwriting, internal processes and policies, staff retention required growth is achieved while adhering to our underwriting philosophy. Conduct weekly spot checks on all completed by the underwriters. Monitor all amendments completed by the underwriters on a monthly basis
