Ability to provide technical customer service, support and vision to grow the business Manage large amounts of incoming calls Log service calls received Coordinate technicians Ensure timeous handling of all customer queries Identify correct fault diagnosis Accurately load all information on the BPO system Data capturing Processing quotations Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information Work with Call Centre supervisor to ensure proper customer service is being delivered Open and close all calls received Afrikaans First Languate Excellent communication skills ICT Industry knowledge/experience Non-negotiable 5 years' experience non negotiable in similar role BPO system knowledge
