Sober habits and punctual Clear criminal record Hold a valid license (advantageous) A diploma or degree in Business Administration (advantageous) Admin experience. Able to manage all admin tasks. This is a junior position suited for a young person looking to start or add to their career and skills. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: Handling incoming calls and other communications. To always look presentable and behave professional at all times. Managing filing system. Recording information as needed. Greeting clients and visitors as needed. Updating paperwork and maintaining documents. Helping organize and maintain office common areas. To attend to all relevant reports required by your Line Manager or Supervisor and/or any reasonable report supporting the company’s smooth administrative flow. Recruitment and selection support. Organizing the office and assisting associates to optimize processes. To manage orders dispatch and courier services for other region orders. Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner. Inventory management.
