Road Transport company with 35 years experience looking for an Operations Manager in the Krugersdorp/Chamdor area to manage an operations team for the secondary ditribution of finished goods. Manage all administrative and operational activities characteristic of urban beverage distribution. Perform routines of People & Management, according to processes of People Cycle, Training and Development and Engagement. Ensure the achievement of the unit's budget goals. Manage revenues and costs. Ensure the achievement of operational and administrative performance indicators of the unit - Motivate, train and develop the administrative and operational team. Ensure compliance with legislation and the maintenance of safe working conditions to the team. Ensure the conservation of the company's assets (vehicles,eq uipamentos, resources and facilities). Preserve the relationship with the customer and with the customers of its client. Strictly comply with all procedures, standards and specifications of the company and the customer. Commit to the operational goals defined in conjunction with the client. Demonstrate personal and professional behaviour compatible with the function. Perform related activities, meeting requests from superiors. At least 5 years experience in this field is recquired. Both transportation and as a team leader. Completed degree or similar in the required field. The candidate has to be a good motivator to the team and present him/her in a respectfull manner, peolple skills is essential. Has to be enthusiastic. Computer literate. Knowledge of Transport methods and costs. Ability to work well with others and has to have the ability to solve problems.
