MINIMUM SKILLS AND ABILITIES

o Strong understanding of SETA and QCTO process
o Excellent communication
submit WSP and ATR as per SETA requirements.
o Ensure that all Grant applications are submitted
Establish relationships with SETA and QCTO.
o Plan and coordinate all learnerships, skills programmers,
successful implementation of the Internship and Learnership programme
o Collaborate with the HR manager
FP&M Seta liaison, employee induction programs. Facilitate and co-ordinate Learnership and Skills Skills programs and administrate all Seta funding and documentation.
