Meetings Attend Trustee/Director meetings Chair and/or take minutes of Trustee/ Director meetings. Act upon upon items resulting from Trustee/ Directors meeting. Determine date, time, and venue for AGM/ SGM according according to legislation and trustee/director availability. Oversee the scheduling of AGM/ SGM for community Approve monthly reports before sending to trustees/ directors. Ensure monthly reports are generated for each Build and maintain relationships with trustees/ directors. Build and maintain contractor relationships.
