Tertiary qualification (Sales, Marketing and Project Management). Minimum 5 years working experience. Proven Proven experience in external sales and managing a team essential. Call center experience advantageous. Xhosa with the ability to motivate teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams. Excellent communication operations and provide relevant support to the Branch Manager. Provide training and coaching to call center team team leaders and agents.
