Minimum requirements:
• LLB / Labour Relations Diploma / similar qualification
• Minimum
Minimum of 8 years’ solid experience in industrial relations
• Valid drivers License with own vehicle

• Periodic audit of site and head
feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs. • Preparing, negotiating, and analyzing will include: • Managing cost of materials and labour on numerous construction projects • Obtaining onsite maintaining, processing, and updating all project related costs • Preparing estimates & valuations for surveying, Construction Engineering/Management, or a related field. • Proven working experience in Quantity are immensely beneficial. Salary will be market related and/or negotiable depending on candidate experience
