targets Qualifications and Criteria: Degree in business, commerce, property, the built environment or of professional management experience operating at scale or in a rapid-growth business in service, property similar sector A minimum of 5 years experience in managing property acquisitions, design and development years experience in property management, including but not limited to managing a property portfolio, including multi-site organisation Understanding advanced business planning and regulatory issues is mandatory
