To maintain and expand relationships with Account customers, representing the entire range of company Key Account objectives. Secure the revenue stream of the business Execute the annual Key Account Sales Forecast Key Account stock requirements. Deliver Turnover in line with or in excess of the Key Accounts Budgets
Company standards Call on customers in a corporate/office environment when necessary Educate customers on to suit those needs Manage key accounts where allocated Open new accounts monthly Ensure good consistent services to those potential customers Sales Administration Follow up on all enquiries within 12 hours any customer administrative requirements are completed on site as and when necessary Assist the hire desk customers, i.e. credit applications and orders Assist Credit Control in collection of outstanding monies
