Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot fleet equipment issues, either independently or with the Workshop scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on fleet equipment. Offer technical expertise to workshop staff during collaborating with the Workshop Manager for major mechanical issues and repairs. Collaborate with the Workshop Workshop Manager to fulfil ad-hoc requests for new equipment or modifications to existing machinery, providing development, including PPE guidelines, tool and equipment usage, promoting safe work practices to minimize
