/>RESPONSIBILITES:
Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications -
spreadsheets, word processing, and database and training records.
Leave management of department and processing of leave applications for employees payroll purposes.
Assist with work visa applications and approvals for department.
Arrange for employee medicals and related special safety training.
Implement and maintain new office systems of orders.
Printing of training materials for the internal training officer if needed.
Handle
in SVM taking into account workload, leave and training requirements;
departmental employee files and training records. Manage leave applications and timesheet allocations for for payroll processing. Assist with work visa applications and employee medical bookings. Implement and order management. Coordinate travel arrangements, training material printing, and PPE orders. Liaise with experience working on Baan. Proficient in software applications like spreadsheets, word processing, and database
