African nations. Establish and oversee in-country agents responsible for Sales, Marketing, and Operations Operations. Coordinate regular meetings with the agent's teams to communicate company strategy, review business Allocate sales, distribution, and marketing targets to agents based on business objectives and monitor progress coaching, and support to agents and their teams. Conduct regular trade visits with agents to coach and capitalize reach, and execution across all channels. Ensure agents fully understand and implement SOILL execution
Ensure all agents compliance to the disciplinary code and procedures. Supervise and monitor agents within up coaching. QA investigations and feedback to agents and Manager – including communication to training referring agents for training when necessary. Leads verification, management and generation. All agents to be be coached – but lower performing agents to be prioritized. All coaching documents must be brought into the team review. An action plan per nonperforming agent must also be brought into review. All required disciplinary
