the Business Unit including but not limited to: •Develop, propose and advise on the Company's adoption of the smooth running of services provided to the community. •Oversee and ensure efficient utilization of effective utilisation of staffing in the BU. •Develop and ensure implementation of a Marketing Strategy with the Occupational Health and Safety Act. •Develop and maintain sound communication and relationships
