Duties will include detailed stock management, customer relations, Restaurant administration procedures. Applicants must be skilled in staff management, staff motivation and staff training. Must have strong Restaurant operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant / Cafe fast thinker with strong organizing and time management skills. Applicants must ambitious, self-motivated
when Guests are not in Camp.
