The Brand Manager for the Energy Portfolio
Energy brands in the market. Working closely with the Portfolio Marketing Manager, the Brand Manager

Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Development:
Develop and execute strategic brand plans for Energy brands in collaboration
Implement initiatives aimed at enhancing brand equity, market positioning, and customer engagement
qualification (Beneficial) Marketing Background 3-4 years Brand Management experience ( Ethnic Hair care / Oral with Relaxers Experience with Brand Activation Experience with Campaigns Experience with tracking and would cover: Communication Strategy (including advertising) Artwork Promotional Plan (Consumer Promo, Trade agency resources (Market research agencies, Advertising agencies, Media Agencies) Market Research Ensures launch in trade Salon Activation Manage team of Salon Educators Manage Salon Activations/Education Program
strategies Ensure consistent interpretation of brand objectives and strategies amongst key internal and centricity is key to executing campaign aligned to building the brand Excellent relationship management categories, and the brand Reporting and analysis on effectiveness of marketing campaigns- relative to competitors Project management skills key to managing multiple campaigns at the same time Manage multiple partners briefs relevant in the market Closely monitor competitor activity to identify which of our strengths we can exploit
coordinated in-store tasting campaigns Recruit Brand Ambassadors nationally Place Brand Ambassadors in various various stores and monitor their activity Compile payroll Report on campaigns Promoter bookings Maintain regular regular contact with Brand Ambassadors Compile monthly booking sheets Compile weekly feedback Schedule castings with Brand Ambassadors Schedule training with Brand Ambassadors Compile and update Brand Ambassadors
