the job: To provide strategic leadership and management to provincial implementation of HIV prevention/treatment Programme's senior management team, providing support to all activities and special projects Support the development communities Support budget development with senior management, control and monitor expenditures of the clinic requirements & administration Supervise & manage the duties of subordinates to ensure optimal staff issues are communicated through appropriate HR and management structures as well as back to/with staff Handle
