Reports Directly to: Front Office manager/commercial manager/Operations Manager JOB DESCRIPTION Make allocation Register and check guests in Close guest accounts and check guests out Confirm relevant guest information accurately post charges to guest rooms and house accounts Receive and transmit messages for guests Listen and requests both in-person and by phone Review accounts and charges with guests during the check-out process process Process accurate payment of guest accounts Inform housekeeping when rooms have been vacated and
have a Degree or Diploma in: Marketing, Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, Operations Management skills Verbal and written communication skills Commercial awareness Teamworking skills. Must be Innovative
