Responsible for including managing union relations and leading annual salary negotiations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Cultivate and maintain environment for collective bargaining. Lead annual union salary negotiations and update the Substantive Agreement Agreement as necessary. Oversee the administration of compensation, benefits, employment, and employee relations related field Minimum of 10 years' experience in an HR Management role within the FMCG/Retail industries
