Responsible for needs of the business in terms of training and development programs, by conducting training needs analysis analysis alongside internal shareholders Develop and implement succession planning and talent management strategies and development programs to ensure all employees receive the necessary learning and development to drive related field Minimum of 10 years' experience in an HR Management role within the FMCG/Retail industries
