Paralegal / Legal Secretarial qualification. Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a legal secretary within Billback. Responsibilities: Maintain Partner and Legal Professionals' diaries including the coordinating off legal files in accordance with the firm's policies and procedures. Organise and maintain legal files handling legal administration requirements. Assist in the preparation and processing of legal documents
