Job Purpose
The Brand Manager for the Energy Portfolio
leading the marketing initiatives and growth strategies for the Energy brands in the market. Working closely
with the Portfolio Marketing Manager, the Brand Manager will develop and execute brand strategies, manage
manage marketing campaigns, and ensure a consistent and compelling customer experience across various channels
Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Development:
Develop and execute strategic brand plans for Energy brands in collaboration
qualification MBA qualification (Beneficial) Marketing Background 3-4 years Brand Management experience ( Ethnic Hair Products) Experience with Relaxers Experience with Brand Activation Experience with Campaigns Experience Responsibilities: Target Achievement Plans &ensures marketing support to ensure achievement of agreed top line development of marketing mix elements Ensures development and implementation of marketing mix elements the same with overall Category and Business/ Marketing Plans. This would cover: Communication Strategy
responsibilities: Execution of the marketing strategy in line with published marketing calendar. In line with pricing strategies Ensure consistent interpretation of brand objectives and strategies amongst key internal and key to executing campaign aligned to building the brand Excellent relationship management skills across the market, product categories, and the brand Reporting and analysis on effectiveness of marketing campaigns- abreast of newness in the marketing space to ensure we stay relevant in the market Closely monitor competitor
in-store tasting campaigns Recruit Brand Ambassadors nationally Place Brand Ambassadors in various stores Promoter bookings Maintain regular contact with Brand Ambassadors Compile monthly booking sheets Compile castings with Brand Ambassadors Schedule training with Brand Ambassadors Compile and update Brand Ambassadors
