The Brand Manager for the Energy Portfolio
instrumental in leading the marketing initiatives and growth strategies for the Energy brands in the market

Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Development:
Develop and execute strategic brand plans for Energy brands in collaboration
Implement initiatives aimed at enhancing brand equity, market positioning, and customer engagement
qualification (Beneficial) Marketing Background 3-4 years Brand Management experience ( Ethnic Hair care / Oral Products) Experience with Relaxers Experience with Brand Activation Experience with Campaigns Experience Finished Goods launch in trade Salon Activation Manage team of Salon Educators Manage Salon Activations/Education Department, Sales Department, Corporate Marketing team & Operations / QC Department External : Advertising
