that correct posting of Payroll Entries to the General Ledger Ensure monthly reconciliation of Payroll and submit all the monthly payroll returns e.g. PAYE, UIF, Garnishees, Skills Development Oversee the other departments. Dealing with daily queries from staff Ensure filling of all Payroll Documents in line payments such as deductions on Medical Aid,UIF, PAYE, etc. Coordinates efforts between the payroll department payroll reports and sheets for timely processing of staff salary.
