Serve as a mentor to yearly intake of work integrated learning students – Fitters, millwrights Manage, supervise, delegate, and coordinate the work of staff, including mechanics, drivers, operators phasing, etc). (Advantageous) Must be able to find work and execute tasks individually. Proven leadership to detail. Willing to ‘get down and be dirty' – Work with Bitumen. Languages: Fluent in English and IsiXhosa
