ARE LOOKING FOR The Project Manager Chemical plants is responsible to Manage Chemical Plants projects in specification. · Manage Plant Engineering Chemical Plant projects and in accordance with Project Management procedures procedures. · Risk management; identifying risks and issues, developing and implement risk abatement plans plans. · Planning; develop project scope, cost and schedule to meet objectives and key requirements. · Perform designated planning- and reporting instruments. · Control cost- and schedule variance by timeously implementing
procurement process, sourcing, RFQ's, price evaluations, cost analysis, negotiations and final procurement selection for the finalisation of Contracts/SLA's and the management thereof over the contract/SLA period. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES multiyear cost-effective contracts with major suppliers in conjunction with Executive Manager Procurement suppliers for specific specialised areas Achieve cost savings targets on Material, Capex, Non-Stock, Shipping Life Cycle Costing Models for applicable Procurement Projects Preparing and executing annual cost reduction
