Maintenance Management Initiate and monitor actions to comply with the company maintenance management policy breakdowns and premature failures Labour Management Manage roles and responsibilities of subordinates are filled within reasonable time Pro-active management of conflict and disciplinary and grievance actions
Logistics & Equipment efficiency: • Management of the Inbound and Outbound logistical services in Deliveries, • Analytical Support to Senior Management (Mine Manager) for Business Decision Making Processes Logistical Risk Management Functions (Including Security and Access Control), • Operational Management Support reporting (including associated costs), • Engineering Management Support pertaining to the equipment availabilities operational controls. • Conferring with other managers to set production quotas, plan extraction sites

Initiate training technical assistance and direction to other functional groups in order to drive quality improvements and enhance
engineering challenges. Adherence to Project Management Governance and Compliance Standards. Execute engineering standards. Ensure compliance with project management procedures specific to processing engineering Apply processing engineering specific vendor management standards. Plan and execute stakeholder engagement engineering project outcomes. Identify, document, and manage processing engineering project risks and issues processing engineering.
