Obtain authorization prior to fitting parts costing more than approximately R250.00. Obtain including the cause and correction. Ensure that all old parts are placed in a plastic bag in the boot of the car except in the case of warranty work where old parts must be tagged and returned to the control tower customer's vehicles must be removed.
