Negotiable depending on working experience candidate must have the following:
- 10 years working experience as a IR Professional in the mining environment arbitration and working with unions and shop stewards.
- Attending union meetings, working with recognition strikes.
- Facilitate and maintain a good working relationship with unions and union officials.
- Monitor will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work in a high pressure mining environment.
