Building Strategy and Plan. Responsibilities: Develop and manage the project plans, repository, sharing of internal and external stakeholders for all projects. Develop project plans for all projects, update plans, distribute adhoc meetings for all projects. Co-create and manage projects risk register. Co-create agenda, distribute through project plans, action items, follow-ups. Manage and run some project work streams e.g. sponsor implementation and management of new learning projects which may include for example development of webinars
