Production Senior Line Supervisor monitors and controls the operations from packing to palletizing. Oversee equipment and quality to achieve production targets and specified packing instructions. Manages operational delays and report downtime timeously to /department managers. Constantly optimise pack table/drop allocations correct fruit quality, packed product, labelling, fruit weights and palletizing.
