Diploma/Degree in Food Safety Management
Experience in Food Manufacturing industry
Proven industry
Proven experience as quality assurance manager or relevant role
Thorough knowledge of methodologies standard
Facilitate third party audits FSSC 22000 and other customer specific audits
Interpret production completing product, company, system, compliance and surveillance audits, investigating customer comp
producing products to the required quality standards. Manage the process flow of production from raw to finished finished packed product. Reporting to the Plant Manager
