R10 000 – R15 000 Gross (Depending on experience) Develop, implement, and maintain food safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, national facilities to identify and address any potential food safety hazards. Monitor and analyze samples of raw any issues related to food safety and quality. Train employees on proper food safety protocols and procedures or other food safety concerns and implement corrective actions as needed. Stay current on food safety trends continuously improve food safety programs. Gr 12 Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Microbiology
