Reporting to the Finance Manager, the COST ACCOUNTANT will be responsible for developing costs.
Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to coordinate production activities and ensure ensure on-time delivery of products. Liaise with sales division to determine customer requirements. Communicate targets are achieved – if not, report accordingly. Manage the SAP Inventory and warehousing information system forecasting techniques, methods, and approaches. Manage the stores functions including receiving, locating reconciliation of production orders is being carried out. Manage the inventory department personnel. Carry out disciplinary
maintain C1 and C2 boiler pressure and TDS levels Manage Water softeners, Brine tank, Boiler chemicals and levels Control the Hot well temperature and Level Manage all coal deliveries to site to ensure coal bunker system Boot blow boilers at least 3 times per shift Manage and record various aspects of boiler operation Remove ash from Grid arrestors. Empty ash trolleys. Manage ash removal from site. Clean all trenches, blowdown room, Control room, Boiler house and surrounding areas Report any plant defects and note in the logbook
