purpose of the Millwright Foreman is to run the production and the maintenance in the Rendering Plant whilst whilst on shift. It is also to ensure production targets are met, to attend to unscheduled processing breakdown Full control of production processes and responsibility for maintaining production standards Responsible issues, including ensuring that all positions are managed at all times Dealing with all disciplinary matters Continued interaction and communication with senior management Maintaining and implementing the 20 Keys principles
