This position reports to the Service Manager and works closely with the Finance Director and Business Relationship office support for the operations of the Service Department Responsible for providing administrative support teams who work outside of the traditional office setting Responsible for confirming of work orders Verifying capturing and prepare invoicing of planned service work and breakdowns Process sub-contractor invoices and of individual work schedules Coordinate travel arrangements for the Service Department Assisting with
