Requirements:
1 Property Investment Group is looking for a Maintenance Administrator to join their fast growing and dynamic team Requirements: Matric Minimum 1 year maintenance experience RedRabbit experience Computer literate and responsibilities: Attend to all day-to-day maintenance requests on the rental portfolio allocated to on each development. Attend to all reported maintenance and open tickets on RedRabbit. Assign approved owners, management & rental agents regarding maintenance issues. Discuss problems and or give feedback

Arranging in goings and outgoings: Communicate with maintenance department – re white box requirements for new sufficient information / documents to maintenance department for maintenance to be done on a unit (after outgoing complaints get to much) Dealing with cleaners and maintenance issues regarding cleaners Additions to building
