Phoning clients to update existing information and create
international travel requirements through receiving client travel requests, attending to quotes efficiently sourcing best possible options, and following up with clients to action approved travel. • Monitoring emails receiving requests. • Responding immediately to advise client that request is being addressed and requesting for submission. • Send an initial response to clients within 5 minutes of request and response within requests, etc. via the relevant system. • Ensuring clients frequent flyer information is captured and the
