year contract position for a Receptionist / Marketing Assistant . Key Responsibilities: Receptionist Duties: deliveries and booking parcels with the Courier company. Assist with any flight / travel bookings. Any other adhoc the Marketing and Regulatory departments. Office meetings – General meetings with the Marketing Department second week of the month. Learners – Management and work management of the learners in conjunction with with directive from Brand Managers. Assist with staff order requests and send it to the relevant person
